ASIALEX 2020 in Yogyakarta“Lexicography and Language Documentation”
The 14th International Conference of the Asian Association for Lexicography (ASIALEX 2020) will be held on June 16--18, 2020 by Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (National Agency for Language Development and Cultivation, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
We are very pleased to announce the participation of the following confirmed keynote speakers: René van den Berg, Ph.D. (SIL Internasional), Prof. Dr. Dadang Sunendar (Head of Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa, Indonesia), Rufus Gouws (Stellenbosch University) and Dr. Li Lan (The Chinese University of Hong Kong, PR China).

Conference Theme
Inspired by hundreds of local languages spoken in Indonesia, the theme of the conference is “Lexicography and Language Documentation” highlighting language documentation in lexicographical contexts. We welcome proposals related (but not limited) to the following topics:
